When teenage brothers Michael and Sam move to the coastal town of Santa Carla, they discover its dark secret: the city is overrun by vampires. As Michael finds himself under the sway of David and his radical gang of vampire bikers, it’s up to Sam to save him with the help of an eccentric pair of vampire hunters.
